Circuit Images utilizes a Trace 924 bed of nails tester to confirm the electrical integrity of customer Circuit Boards prior to shipping. It identifies any opens, shorts, or leakage between points by testing boards far in excess of IPC standards. Typical boards are tested at fifty megohms minimum for shorts and leakage and ten ohms maximum conductivity for connected points. This extra insurance step is in addition to the many process control steps that build quality into your product.
